Itinerary
They offer you a fascinating insight to the San history, culture and languages. The reserve has an excellent restaurant, a photo exhibition hall and an arts and crafts shop. All the items in the shop are manufactured by San communities. Accommodation is in a range of wonderful options; guest house, bush camp or bush cottage.
!Khwa ttu is the only San owned and operated culture centre in the Western Cape. It was set up as a joint venture between the Working Group of Indigenous Minorities in Southern Africa (WIMSA) and UBUNTU, a Swiss philanthropic foundation. Afruka Eco Tours recommends this experience as a true Responsible Tourism destination. Visitors can leave !Khwa ttu knowing that they have supported a San-owned, truly African development project.
